I congratulate Adhikar for vibrant, productive, focused and fruitful 25 years of journey. I am sure, with the dynamic leadership of Mr. Amin sir, this organization will continue to contribute in the areas of livelihood, financial inclusion, skill building and many more reaching out to thousands of families in Odisha and other states.
I am associated with Adhikar since last 2 years and happy to know that they are doing a good job. I congratulate Mr. Amin and team for completing 25 years of journey. I visited one of their branches and was really touched by the working style of the staff and the type of poor people they are servicing.
I am happy to see that Adhikar has grown over the years and created a separate identity and space in the NGO sector of Odisha. I have been associated with them in many capacities including being a Governing board member for some time. Happy to see them grow from strength to strength. I am sure they will continue to serve the society with same zeal and vigour.
It is appreciable that Adhikar is doing well as a home grown MFI and working with a integrative development mission. It is quite noticeable that Adhikar believes not only in mobilizing financial resources to change the face of poverty in the state but gives equal emphasis to other issues of livelihood promotion, skill building, safe migration, Food security, Financial literacy and other such burning issues.
I congratulate Adhikar and Mr. Amin for their efforts and achievements in changing the lives of marginalized population of Odisha. It is challenging to help the wholesome development process, but the emotional attachment to the cause, passion to work, and commitment to go the extra mile has been useful for them to realize their goals and take a lead role in the development scenario of the state.
It is commendable that Adhikar has a strong presence in the State as far as micro-Finance sector is concerned. It has reached out to the poorer class in remote places like Nawrangpur, Kalahandi, Korapur and Bolangir even though it faces operational challenges. Well designed financial products are the hall mark of Adhikar.
