Mr. Amin is the promoter of Adhikar and also the founder President and CEO. He has over 15 years of microfinance experience to his credit. In addition he also is a veteran social development professional with 26 years of extensive experience in the sector. He is one of the early votaries of microfinance movement in Odisha. He innovated the concept of money remittance for the migrant workers and also initiated the cooperative movement in the state of Odisha along with others. Under his dynamic leadership and financial acumen, Adhikar has reached out to remote geographical locations including left wing extremist affected districts of Odisha and Chhattisgarh. He has a master’s degree in Law from the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He completed the certificate course/diploma in Human Rights from the Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok and has a certificate in credit delivery and recovery mechanism from the Grameen Bank, Bangladesh and Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. In addition he is an Ashoka Fellow for the innovative approach to financial and social intermediation through SHGs.

Mr. Dalabehera has over 17 years of extensive experience in Microfinance. Prior to joining Adhikar he worked with various organisations, where he was involved in SHG Federation Promotion and Microfinance in Grameen model, National Crech Programme, etc.

Mr. Meher with a veritable treasure of  experience spanning over more than 13 years, he works with SIDBI. His expertise includes handling Finance operation and as associated with Corporate Accounts Vertical of the Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.

Mrs. Parbati has over 10 years of rich experience across co-Operative and microfinance sector, SHG federation promotion. She has also worked for more than 4 years in the rural financial sector.
