Mr. Amin is the promoter of Adhikar and also the founder President and CEO. He has over 15 years of microfinance experience to his credit. In addition he also is a veteran social development professional with 26 years of extensive experience in the sector. He is one of the early votaries of microfinance movement in Odisha. He innovated the concept of money remittance for the migrant workers and also initiated the cooperative movement in the state of Odisha along with others. Under his dynamic leadership and financial acumen, Adhikar has reached out to remote geographical locations including left wing extremist affected districts of Odisha and Chhattisgarh. He has a master’s degree in Law from the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He completed the certificate course/diploma in Human Rights from the Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok and has a certificate in credit delivery and recovery mechanism from the Grameen Bank, Bangladesh and Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. In addition he is an Ashoka Fellow for the innovative approach to financial and social intermediation through SHGs.

Mr. Govinda holds a Post-graduate degree in Rural Management from EDII, Ahmadabad. He joined Adhikar in 2007 and has over 17 years of experience in microfinance industry. Before joining Adhikar he worked as Programme Manager at R.C. Shisuraija & B.S. Mahila Samiti. National Crèche Program, SHG and SHG federation promotion and microfinance in grameen model. At Adhikar he has carried out various responsibility in the fields of internal audit, operation, government liaising, livelihood promotion and promotion of SHG federation.

As Vice President – Finance, Mr. Umesh is responsible for all financial related management and reporting for Adhikar and also leads the finance team. His expertise includes fund mobilization, liaising with bankers and investors, accounts and audit. He holds a MBA degree in Finance. In addition he has completed LLB and ICMA. With 18 years of experience in the Finance function, Accounts and Audit, Mr. Umesh has worked with various charted firms and banks. He also worked as Audit Manager at SRB & Associates, Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Lingaraj is the Vice President – Operation. He is a management professional with 18 years of experience spearheading and supporting operation and business planning, policy  and structural development in the company.  In addition to that he contributes in the MIS and back end processing. He is a master in commerce from Utkal University, Odisha and has an MBA in Finance from North Odisha University. Prior to joining Adhikar, he worked with different organizations in various positions across Audit and IT sector.  His prior experiences in audit are a sure help in the internal-audit process. He also has exposure to major MFIs in India, Indonesia and Bangladesh for evaluation of product, process, management and evaluation.

Mr. Aditya is the Vice President – Accounts and has over 23 years of experience in maintenance & finalization of accounts, audit & audit compliance, tax and other statutory compliance, group insurance of employees & clients, financial analysis & reporting, cash flow management and procurement management.  He has a MBA in finance from North Odisha University and has done PGDM in finance management, CMA (Inter) & MFC. His extensive experience includes his roles as senior executive to Manager Positions in different sectors and companies prior to joining at Adhikar in the year 2006.

Mr. Maheswar Lenka, a qualified company secretary and also having 3+years of pre-qualification & post- qualification experience with dedicated deliverance, headed the secretarial department independently and managed the entire statutory(secretarial) compliances and maintenance of statutory records of Company along with its chain of group companies. He is also well acquainted with the provisions of the Companies Act 1956, Companies Act 2013, SEBI Rules & Regulations and ROC and RBI norms. He has previous work experience with shipping agency, service industry and mining industry.

With a MBA from PG Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Diploma in Personal Management from NIPM, Kolkata, Mr. Mohapatra has spent 23 years in the HR and across its functions. He also has extensive experience in development sector. He is responsible for managing the employees of Adhikar with a strong focus on building recruitment pipelines, reducing attrition, employee engagement, capacity building of the field staff etc. His prior experience in RGVN for a long period, where he developed expertise in liaising with people and other business units and also graduating NGOs in microfinance organizations.
