He is a qualified company secretary and also having additional qualifications as Bachelors’ of Law and Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Biswal is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and having five years of experience in dealing with statutory compliances of the company, Board meeting management, internal policy formulation, due diligence, etc. in Limited & joint venture companies. He is now heading the secretarial and legal compliance department of AMPL.
