In Our Team we have range of Human Resources from different sectors with preference on young energetic & experienced Manpower with high emphasis on skill set. Total Manpower of Adhikar is more than 450 bulk of them being Credit Officers & Branch Managers. We employ and train young men and women who are mostly graduates, often giving them their first opportunity to earn for their families while taking steps towards their own career development.
We have a core team of experienced staff at senior levels delegated to take decisions on day to day affairs of the organization. We strongly believe in enhancing and upgrading the skill and knowledge base of the team to keep them at the cutting edge of new innovations, concepts and emerging disruptions so that we can be effective in meeting our set goals in the rapidly changing environments. We have a devoted training center with a panel of experts who provide training to the team of Adhikar on a regular basis.
The Human Resource Department (HRD) at Adhikar aims:
To encourage employees to reach their highest potential, to recognize contributions and foster commitment to quality service, while working towards meeting the organization's mission and goals.
To act as a facilitating agent by adopting a multi disciplinary, dynamic approach to the human resource function, with the ultimate aim of implementing innovative changes in the work life at Adhikar, while developing cross departmental harmony and synergy.
Ensure organization vision and values cascade down to all levels, whilst creating the right culture and environment for employees and customers which will help the organization in achieving its short / long term goals.
