AT ADHIKAR
As an MFI we believe mainly money & employee are visible assets which need new & advanced shape to enhance the Organization positively. We have a separate training wing to train our staff in an effective manner to make them productive. Training and development is important for meeting the business challenges and attaining competitive advantage.
Adhikar’s training team invest in the people through following initiatives:
- Identifying, customizing and delivering effective training solutions.
- Designing a competency-based culture tied to business strategies and goals.
- Establishing a formal career development planning program.
- Providing assessment solutions to help identify strengths and areas of opportunity for development of employees.
- Customizing teambuilding events to strengthen team and improve productivity.
Employee On-board Program- Orientation program for new recruits to understand the values and culture of Adhikar followed by customised learning tailored for the roles into which they are being on boarded. The program is aimed at employees in the field and support functions.
Functional/Process/Domain Trainings: Trainings specific to each department. We also conduct refreshers for these trainings on ongoing basis. Training interventions are also conducted based on business requirements.
Performance and Productivity Improvement Training: Programs to enhance existing skills, in the areas of management and customer communication and relationship.
